The Department of Medical Education currently offers a comprehensive 1-year Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Fellowship in both Internal Medicine and Critical Care. This fellowship is designed to provide advanced clinical training and education to nurse practitioners (NPs) and physician assistants (PAs), equipping them with the specialized skills needed for practice in these demanding fields. Fellows will receive hands-on experience in patient care, along with mentorship from expert faculty, and participate in didactic sessions that cover a broad range of medical and critical care topics. This program prepares APPs for leadership roles and fosters professional development through a combination of academic learning and practical experience.
